Buildings designed to house stables and riding area for which later became Gaudís main client, and also good friend, Eusebi Güell.
Unlike the other works undertaken by Gaudí in his first buildings, the exterior of this property is very sober and lacking of windows. In this case Gaudi his attention to the functionality of the interiors. The materials used are again basically bricks and tiles, maintaining a more relaxed neo-Mudejar style.
Inside is currently The Gaudí Chair of the UPC University.
