The Vil·la Cecilia gardens are located where the old rural estate Cal Noyu used to be.
This space was acquired by Eduardo Conde in 1909, which he rebuilt into a large-scale
shopping centre. He named the area to Vil·la Cecilia, in honour of his wife. The City
Council took charge of the grounds in 1969 and transformed the area to a park.
What is special about the garden is that it includes amazing vegetation with trees that
are over one hundred year old. It further contains a labyrinth styled structure and
many pathways where you can walk and enjoy the beautiful trees that are on the way.
The gardens also has play area for children, pétanque courts, basketball baskets and much
more.
